About the Instructor
Bill Menker has spent nearly a decade in search & rescue. Formerly with Ohio Special Response Team and now with Ohio LandSAR, he is a certified Search & Rescue Technician (SARTECH II) and Wilderness First Responder (WFR). In addition to teaching Lost Person Behavior, he is a credentialed instructor of First Aid/CPR/AED, K9 Wilderness First Aid, Hug-A-Tree & Survive, and other readiness subjects.
